Reporting

• When downloading reports, users are now prompted to select a format for their downloaded report.
• Resolved an issue that would cause the Reporting table to show a number of rows that does not match the default number of rows.
• Resolved an issue that would cause reports with the Completed Transaction Count column to behave unexpectedly.
• Added filter options for is null and is not null.
• Improved the experience of switching between existing and new reports. Search term is now cleared on change-over.
